McDonald’s reveals THIRTEEN new menu items from around the world landing next week – including ‘10/10’ McFlurry flavour

MCDONALD’S has brought back its World Menu Heist for the second year running – with thirteen iconic items set to hit the UK. And for the first time ever, two new breakfast items will also be introduced. The menu features specialties from Germany and The Netherlands Credit: Mcdonalds McDonald’s is bringing global flavours back to UK menus, with Germany, the UAE and even China making the cut. From September 22, fans of the fast food giant will be able to get their hands on a whole host of international specialties – and for the first time ever, new breakfast items have also been “heisted” from abroad. Sign up for the Money newsletter Thank you! Coming to main menus is the Big Rösti, a crispy potato rösti, streaky bacon, and cheese burger specialty straight from Germany. While Canada is bringing the Maple & Cheddar Chicken, a crispy chicken sandwich topped with cheddar cheese, onion and – crucially – a mustard maple sauce and citrus mayo that’s perfect for sweet and savoury lovers. A fan-favourite is also set to make its way back to Brits, with the beloved fried Mac & Cheese Triangles from the UAE. While the Paprika McShaker Fries, from the Netherlands, is set to bring a new smoky variation to the iconic side. New to this year are World Heist breakfast menus from Australia and the S’mores McFlurry Credit: Mcdonalds But no meal is complete without dessert and for those seeking a sweet treat, the S’mores McFlurry is a vanilla ice cream delight which features marshmallows, a biscuit crumb and chocolate sauce. And for the first time ever, early risers will be able to get exclusive breakfast items. Most read in Money Two new McMuffins are flying in from Australia, with the addition of Chicken & Egg McMuffin and the Chicken & Bacon McMuffin. In addition to the new food items, the Guava x Sprite Zero – a tangy mix of Sprite Zero and guava-flavoured syrup – will make its way to the drinks line-up. While the Chinese Szechuan Sauce is ideal for an extra hit of spice to your order. But fast food fiends won’t have forever to snap up these international delicacies, with customers only having until October 19 to snap up some of these items.
