McDonald’s officially rolls out new limited-edition Happy Meal TODAY with 12 nostalgic toys to collect

MCDONALD’S is bringing back the nostalgia with its limited-edition Happy Meal inspired by a legendary toy brand. Launching in all branches today, every Happy Meal will include one of 12 nostalgic toys to collect. From today, every Build-A-Bear Workshop Happy Meal box will feature one of 12 exclusive furry friends collectible plushes up for grabs. Sign up for the Money newsletter Thank you! Classic Build-A-Bear teddies, colourful axolotls and iconic bunny plush character Pawlette are included in the launch, transformed into limited-edition keyrings. With spooky season around the corner, four of the 12 keyrings are also Halloween inspired, with a pumpkin teddy, Frankenstein axolotl, black cat and a bat available to collect. Book lovers can also collect the exclusive Build-A-Bear Workshop book, The Big Talent Show, included in the Happy Meal launch, as well as play a brand-new digital dress-up game online. Families taking their children to McDonald’s over the half term holidays can now book Happy Meal Meet & Greets, with some classic Build-A-Bear characters making an appearance in a number of locations. Dedicated Build-A-Bear fans will also be offered a £5-off voucher on Happy Meal boxes after spending £25 at Workshop locations.
