“To semiquote President Trump, during that 2024 debate between Biden and him, when Joe gave this incoherent answer around the border, I feel the same way Trump did that night after hearing that soundbite from Debbie Dingell,” Concha said on Fox News’s Hannity Thursday. Dingell appeared on an episode of America Reports on Wednesday, where she criticized the president for renaming the lake. “Lake Ontario has been Lake Ontario for 400 years. Why did we do this? Canada’s not going to change the name. I mean the five Great Lakes are more than 20% of the freshwater in the world, and they are a mutual responsibility of America, United States, and Canada. And do you think fish know which country they’re in? Do you think birds do?” Dingell said. “That’s very true. I’m not sure which country they belong to, exactly. Earth? I’ll say, they tend to get around without needing a passport,” Concha said. “I really don’t know what she said at the end of that sentence — I don’t think she knows what she said either.”Concha said there may be some room to feel sympathetic toward Canada.“Perhaps Dingell’s sympathy for Canada isn’t misplaced. I mean, maybe we should feel sorry for them these days,” Concha said. “They’re like the New York Jets of countries. I mean, no championships in professional baseball and hockey for more than 30 years, they’re beaten in the Olympics earlier this year in hockey by the Americans and Jack Hughes, and their biggest export in music comes by way of Nickelback.”Concha said Trump may look to rename other places. He argued that America is the only country that has landed people on the moon.APPLE MAPS FOLLOWS GOOGLE IN ADOPTING TRUMP’S ‘LAKE AMERICA’ REBRAND“The Trump target list is for the moon to be renamed as well,” Concha said. “Which body of water will President Trump target next? I mean, the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean also both border the United States, so you have to figure, they are on the list.”
