Maya Jama’s five-star glossy lip balm is on sale for just £8 – shoppers ‘want a million of them’

MAYA Jama’s go-to lip balm just dropped to £8 in a sale. It’s bringing in glowing reviews from online shoppers, and I can confirm it’s absolutely worth the hype. The lip balm comes in 11 shades Rimmel Oh My Gloss! Butter Me Up Balm, £7.99 (was £9.99) Glossy balms are my go-to lip product as they do the job of both skincare and make-up. Sign up for the Shopping newsletter Thank you! Rimmel Oh My Gloss! Balm is the most affordable in my collection (even more so now it’s on sale). It definitely doesn’t scrimp on quality though, and its ultra-glossy finish is why I’ve been reaching for it so much. The buttery consistency feels hydrating without feeling sticky, and there’s a great range of shades. For a deep-dive into the product (and why I’m switching out my beloved Summer Fridays for it) read my full Rimmel Oh My Gloss! Balm review. Each balm has its own scent with a hint of colour, ranging from everyday nudes to statement reds. Maya Jama has raved about the Rimmel product on her socials My go-to is Cappuccino (which launched earlier this year), but the newest editions are perfect for summer. The four new flavours are mocktail-inspired: Apricello, Virgin Cosmo, Cherry Spritz and Espresso Mocktini. Like the others in the range, the formula contains skincare actives including hyaluronic acid, jojoba oil, squalane and peptides, moisturising the lips and improving texture. Maya, 31, is a Rimmel ambassador, and has showcased her favourite products on multiple occasions. The Love Island host has raved about the Butter Me Up Balm on her socials, and she’s not the only one. The affordable lip balm is my new favourite Rimmel Oh My Gloss! Butter Me Up Balm, £7.99 (was £9.99) It’s brought in an impressive 4.8-out-of-5 stars on average from Superdrug shoppers. One wrote: “The package and design of this product is amazing, and I love how nourished my lips are while adding a lovely shine. “I only top up a couple of times for the gloss-effect and my lips have been so much smoother since using it every day.” Another added: “This affordable dupe left a really nice shine without the stickiness. “I suffer with really dry lips, and this offered some obvious hydration as well as the glossy finish.” The celebrity-approved buy is only on sale for a few days, so shoppers will need to be quick if they want to pick it up for just £7.99. For more beauty deals, an air styler that’s £414 cheaper than the Dyson Airwrap is on sale, and Boots has dropped a £35 Korean and Japanese beauty edit worth £140. Don't miss out...
