Maya Jama has opened about the 'red flags' she can spot in a relationship after fans spotted 'flirtation' between her and Celebrity Traitors co-star King Kenny The TV star, 32, who has been a Traitor since the start of the BBC show, has set tongues wagging with her close bond with Kenny, 29'Some people said one and done. If you mess it up, then, finito. Other people were like, no you can teach someone, tell them what you like and if they don't do it the second time then maybe it's hopeless.'Viewers have picked up on her 'flirtation' with the YouTube star, 29, who has been working alongside her and James Acaster as a fellow Traitor. While they have successfully hidden their murderous alliance from everyone in the castle, Maya and Kenny appear to have had less luck concealing their 'flirtation'.Lingering looks, affectionate embraces and a revealing declaration has set tongues wagging on the Celebrity Traitors.Kenny was travelling to last Friday's mission with Romesh Ranganathan, 48, and Sebastian 'Bash' Croft, 24, when he raised the prospect of Maya deceiving him.Still posing as a Faithful, the YouTube star said: 'If Maya is a Traitor, I will never look at her in the same way.'Romesh immediately replied: 'Well, first of all, I don't believe that for a second.'The remark sent all three men into laughter and suggested that viewers may not be alone in noticing the pair's growing closeness.Kenny did little to dispel the speculation later in the episode when the contestants were asked to work in pairs during the 'field of screams' mission. Maya shared that one particular dealbreaker is if a man has 'navy bed sheets or a flat pillow' as she insisted there is 'no excuse'After Maya chose him as her partner, he replied: 'My lovely darling.'The exchanges have fuelled speculation among fans, who have been making online edits of moments between the pair, including lingering glances, playful touches and their frequent embraces inside the castle.Their most affectionate display came when Maya and James Acaster, 41, invited Kenny to join them as a Traitor. After accepting the offer, he held Maya's arm before pulling her into a close embrace, while his greeting for James was noticeably more restrained.Since then, Maya and Kenny have formed a formidable partnership in the turret while maintaining the pretence that they are merely fellow Faithfuls during the day.Neither Maya nor Kenny has suggested that their relationship extends beyond friendship. But the on-screen speculation comes after The Mail on Sunday revealed that Maya entered the castle newly single following the end of her 18-month relationship with Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias, 29.The couple separated amicably shortly before filming began, with sources saying filming for the programme 'put a smile back on' Maya's face. One source said: 'Filming Celebrity Traitors came at the perfect time for Maya.'While her split from Ruben was amicable, there was still a lot of love between them, so it was tough. At the time, they had a shared home but being away meant she could escape it all.'Throwing herself into work was the perfect distraction.'Maya previously dated rapper Stormzy, 33, for four years before they separated in 2019. The couple rekindled their romance in 2023 but announced the following year that they had parted again.Kenny, aka Kenny Oghenovo Ojuederie, has said little publicly about his dating history. But he has been rather less discreet about his partnership with Maya inside the castle. In a new single released on Friday, entitled Don't Let Me Down, he sings: 'Murdering in plain sight, it's me and you they're calling.'Whether the words were aimed at one Traitor in particular, he has left listeners to decide.
