As it turns out, Max Brosmer won’t be departing the Vikings. While Minnesota waived the quarterback on Monday, Brosmer has cleared waivers and will return to the club on its practice squad, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports. Brosmer entered the league as an undrafted free agent last year after five collegiate seasons with New Hampshire and one with Minnesota. He appeared in seven games with two starts as a rookie, completing 66.2 percent of his passes for 328 yards with no touchdowns and four interceptions.The Vikings still have Carson Wentz and J.J McCarthy behind starting quarterback Kyler Murray on their roster.
