Matt Damon, Julia Roberts, Jimmy Kimmel & Alex Honnold Join David Letterman’s ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’

David Letterman will be back on Netflix later this year with a new round of guests. His Netflix talk show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, returns before the end of the year with four new episodes. The former Late Show host will be joined by Matt Damon, Julia Roberts, Jimmy Kimmel and Alex Honnold, the climber behind the streamer’s Skyscraper Live, for Season 7. This comes after Letterman received a two-season renewal for his show last year. Season 6 premiered in December 2025 and featured three guests: Michael B. Jordan, MrBeast, otherwise known as Jimmy Donaldson, and Jason Bateman. That season has also been nominated for an Emmy in the Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction or Special category, where he will compete against The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy, Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Tucci In Italy and Jordan Klepper Fingers The Pulse: Give The Man A Prize. Letterman won this category in 2024 for his John Mulaney episode, but lost out last year to Conan O’Brien Must Go.
