They died today after being nursed for the last couple of days, which is really quite sad.” Starting to get angry, the chef said: “But then their children decided to go in the chicken coop where we’ve been allowing the rooster to fertilise the chicken eggs to be able to get more little chicks, and they picked up all the eggs and they smashed them against a tree. I’m so hurt. I love them chickens so much. And you are evil!” The celebrity chef also penned an emotional caption where he added: “This behaviour is completely unacceptable. Our chickens are part of the Tartan Fox family and are here for everyone to enjoy and care for.” Followers rushed to comfort the chef, one writing: “Devastated to hear this guys.” Adam got his big break as a chef when he managed to get an apprenticeship at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, aged just 16. Speaking about why they hired him, he once said: “I’m a cheeky little bugger and I think that’s why they gave it to me.” Since then he has worked at top restaurants across the UK, including being the head chef at St Ermin’s Hotel in St James’ Park, London. Adam then got his first taste of TV fame when he appeared in MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013, where he came third. Ten years later, the star won the Champion of Champions title on Great British Menu in 2023. Comment now
