Massive fire rips through Scots hospital building as crews battle flames & locals warned to close windows
DOZENS of firefighters have been tackling a huge blaze overnight at a hospital building. Crews were alerted to Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen shortly before 9.50pm yesterday. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service dispatched around 50 firefighters to the scene on Eday Road. It's understood that the blaze broke out at the hospital's disused Westholme building....
