Mary Jo Campbell's cause of death has been revealed, nearly two weeks after the mother of Kris Jenner died at 91. The beloved Kardashian family member died from acute cardiopulmonary arrest, per a death certificate obtained by US Weekly.Other conditions leading to her death included acute respiratory failure and metastatic lung cancer, which she had lived with 'for months,' according to the document.Campbell died at a Los Angeles hospital on July 16 and was cremated last Thursday. No autopsy was performed after her death.Campbell became a celebrity in her own right as a frequent guest on her family's reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
