Mims has not played since Week 1 due to a foot injury.He had limited practices all of last week and was questionable to play against the Rams but was inactive. Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (foot) and running back J.K. Dobbins (hip) also were full participants Wednesday.Coach Sean Payton said Waddle is “doing great.”Outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman (hamstring) was the only Denver player not to practice.
