Marvel's The Punisher Replacement Return Officially Announced

Outlaw used to be a reliable UK contact for Castle and Microchip, and he helped disrupt the Kingpin's European expansion plans. However, Outlaw eventually grew tired and chose retirement, though not before making small appearances in the Contest of Champions tournament and alongside the Champions of Europe. On the more benevolent side, allies like Nigel Higgins and former NYPD Lynn Michaels have stepped into the Punisher's shadow during Castle's absences, though both eventually rejected his lethal trajectory to preserve their own humanity.
