Married San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York, 46, arrested in prostitution bust – & is already sentenced to 2 days in jail

SAN Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has been arrested for engaging in prostitution. York – whose legal name is John Edward York – was arrested Sunday morning at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community in East Palestine, Ohio, according to a police incident report. The East Palestine Police Department was assisting the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force when officers arrested York. He was subsequently booked into the Columbiana County Jail. York was sentenced to one day in jail for each count, with the sentences served concurrently. The Niners owner also reportedly posted a $5,000 bond. He was also ordered to pay a $150 fine for the disorderly conduct conviction and a $1,000 fine for possessing criminal tools. Court records show both fines have been paid. Most read in Sport York is the majority owner of the 49ers and has served as the team’s CEO since 2008. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and attended a local high school.
