Orders are delivered between December 22 to 24 just in time for the big day – and mean you won’t have to battle through busy supermarket aisles come Christmas. This year also marks the first time the supermarket giant has launched its own curated wine list to pair with all its Christmas centrepieces. The selection is exclusive to the Christmas Food to Order, meaning you just need to add it to your online basket while you complete your food shop. Shoppers can also pick up the food magazine in stores from tomorrow, perfect for browsing all the retailer’s festive offerings, including some of M&S “superstar” items. Turkey prices start at £36, working up to the Oakham Turkey Crown on the Bone with Italian Chestnut, Pancetta & Calabrain Orange Stuffing retailing for £70. For those looking for an alternative to the classic bird, M&S is serving up not one, but two huge Wellingtons to cater for numerous dietary needs. Most read in Money There’s the Collection Beef Fillet Wellington (£100) wrapped in mushrooms and pastry, or a vegetarian Collection Butternut Squash, Brie and Caramelised Onion Wellington (£55), generously stuffed with pearl barley, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. If that hasn’t satiated your pastry cravings, there’s also the Collection British Slow Cooked Venison & Portobello Mushroom Pie (£55) – from celebrity chef Tom Kerridge’s line – packed with smoked bacon, mushrooms and Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce; or a Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Leek Pie (£35), made in a “slab” style, ideal for big crowds on Christmas Day.
