Mark Mitchell Turns Down Nuggets, Reenrolls At Missouri

Mark Mitchell has reenrolled at Missouri and will no longer attend Kentucky, his agent told ESPN. Mitchell, who was allowed to come back for his fifth season, initially committed to Kentucky. He was facing a legal fight with the SEC opposing intraconference transfers outside of its transfer window. Mitchell, who played Summer League for the Nuggets, turned down an Exhibit 10 deal from Denver to return to college. Mitchell averaged 18.3 points and 5.2 rebounds last season.
