MANILA, Philippines — The income-tax reform proposed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in his fifth State of the Nation Address (Sona) will allow Filipino workers to keep more of what they earn and help drive consumer spending and economic growth. Rep. Romero “Miro” Quimbo, who chairs the Committee on Ways and Means, shared this assessment
