Lingad (DOH-JBL) Children’s Medical Center at the Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. During the ceremony, Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos toured the facility, inspecting its integrated operating room, specialized outpatient consultation area, and advanced diagnostic equipment, including an artificial intelligence-enabled X-ray system and a 128-slice CT scanner. Article continues after this advertisement “Today, we have progressed towards that vision with the completion of the first phase of the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center,” he said in his speech. “This state-of-the-art pediatric facility will provide free, high-quality care for children and families from Regions I, II, and III, and other neighboring areas as well,” Marcos added. The DOH-JBL Children’s Medical Center will officially open to patients on Aug. 1. Established through a partnership between the Department of Health and the Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital, the facility aims to expand access to specialized pediatric healthcare services for children across Central and Northern Luzon. “Here in this hospital, I am happy to announce that the Zero Balance Billing program will certainly continue. And that way, no individual will be denied care simply because they do not have the capacity to pay,” Marcos said.
