MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has named Franz Alvarez as acting president and chief executive officer as well as acting member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC). This was based on an appointment letter dated May 13 confirmed by Palace Press Officer Claire Castro to reporters.
