MANCHESTER United have unveiled shot-stopping sensation Kit Margetson as their latest signing from Swansea City. Now after spending last season as a loanee with Connah’s Quay Nomads, he has clocked plenty of first-team minutes. Man Utd are yet to confirm the length of Margetson’s contract at Old Trafford. But they are expected to loan him to an EFL club this summer in a bid to continue his development. The keeper’s departure from SA1 comes after his dad Martyn exited from his role as Swansea’s head of goalkeeping at the end the 2025/26 campaign. His dad spent eight years as England‘s main goalkeeping coach between 2016 and 2024.
