A 31-year-old man was shot and killed in Philadelphia’s Point Breeze neighborhood on Wednesday night, said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small. The shooting occurred at the intersection of 21st and Wharton streets at around 10:30 p.m., Small said.
