A MAN allegedly masturbated at a train station while pointing towards a woman, sparking an investigation into the grim incident. Cops have released CCTV of a man they want to speak to in relation to the alleged crime. British Transport Police are appealing for information following reports of a man exposing himself and masturbating at Swanscombe railway station in Kent. Anyone who recognises the man in the picture has been asked to contact police immediately as they believe he has information that could assist the investigation.
