Man is charged with bringing a bomb in his carry-on bag to a California airport

Authorities have charged a man with bringing an explosive device to a TSA checkpoint at an airport in Sacramento, California. The 49-year-old was wearing a scarf and latex gloves at the Sacramento International Airport on Saturday.
