Wiltshire Police said the man, 35, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon in relation to the shooting of Jimmy Ward at the Calcutt Traveller Site, near Swindon, at 8.15am on Sunday.The force said two other men aged 53 and 29 were also arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of assisting an offender following a vehicle stop on the A19, taking the total number of people in custody to five.A man in his 70s and a woman in her 40s were previously arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm and assisting an offender.Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Phil Walker, from Wiltshire's major crime investigation team, said: 'This is a significant development in our investigation.'Tributes have poured in for Mr Ward, a father, who suffered fatal gunshot wounds at the permanent council-approved site. One mourner wrote: 'RIP to my daughter-in-law's dad Jimmy Ward. Please everyone pray for all the family, my heart goes out to them all.'Jimmy Ward, who was in his 30s, was shot at the grounds in Cricklade in Wiltshire on Sunday Calcutt Traveller Site, a permanent council-approved Gypsy and Traveller site near Cricklade Emergency services were called to the site at around 8.15am, but despite the efforts of paramedics, Mr Ward (left) was pronounced dead at the scene Police launched a murder investigation following the fatal shootingAnother added: 'Very hard to believe. Rest in heavenly peace my cousin Jimmy Ward.'One local said: 'Thinking of all the family and friends at this very sad time, sending lots of love to his wife and children. Far too young to die, rest in peace.'
