Man found enjoying a cold beer at former bank: Richmond Heights Police Blotter
The property manager of a former bank reported July 31 that somebody may be on the property without permission. Officers checked and found a Cleveland man, 37, in the rear of the building, sitting in mulch and drinking a beer.
