(Photos: Neeraj Bhatia/instagram)New Delhi,Oct 14, 2026 14:53 ISTWhile some employees survive their shifts on coffee and a hurried lunch, one man arrives at his office armed with a tower of tiffin boxes and a schedule that leaves little room for hunger.Neeraj Bhatia’s office food diary, featuring everything from macaroni to golgappe, has racked up over 20 million views on Instagram and triggered questions about his seemingly endless appetite.Neeraj, who has around 14,000 followers on Instagram, regularly documents what he eats while working from the office and home. One of his videos recently landed on X and has garnered over 2.2 million views, largely because of the sheer number of meals he packs into a single workday. The clip opens with Neeraj displaying a towering stack of tiffin boxes, alongside fruits and a whole cucumber. His eating schedule then unfolds almost like an hourly roll call. At 9 am, he digs into a paneer paratha. An hour later, he opens a box of macaroni, followed by black chana at 11 am. By noon, he was reaching for a bowl of fruit. At 12:30 pm, there is a glass of apple cider vinegar (ACV), followed by supplements at 1 pm.Lunch arrives at 1:30 pm, with rice, dal, accompaniments and salad. But the meal does little to signal the end of his food trail. At 2:30 pm, Neeraj steps out for golgappe. A cup of green tea makes an appearance at 3:30 pm, and by 4:30 pm, he is gorging on a plate of samosas. Watch the video here:That is 9 food and drink stops in under eight hours, and social media users could hardly believe the schedule. Many questioned how he could eat such filling meals barely an hour apart, while others wondered whether his desk-bound routine left enough room for physical activity. Some users also connected the video to wider concerns about obesity and sedentary lifestyles in India, arguing that eating frequently while sitting for most of the day could be an unhealthy combination.Others were simply baffled by the logistics of carrying, unpacking and finishing so much food during a regular shift.Between deadlines, meetings and office calls, most employees are just trying to find time for one decent meal. Neeraj Bhatia, meanwhile, appears to have a separate appointment with his tiffin box every hour.- Ends
