Man dies from electrocution in flooded Lipa City street

LUCENA CITY, Philippines – A 28-year-old man died Saturday night, Aug. 8, reportedly electrocuted while walking along a flooded street in Lipa City, Batangas. In a report, the Lipa City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) said the victim, whose identity was withheld, was walking along J.P. Laurel Highway in Barangay Tambo at 11:20
