Man City confirm £65m Ndiaye signing

Manchester City have confirmed the £65m signing of winger Iliman Ndiaye.The deal comprises a £60m guaranteed payment plus £5m in bonuses. Ndiaye, who had also been wanted by Tottenham, has signed a five-year contract at Manchester City.
