Man charged with firing gun on empty CTA bus outside Midway Airport

A Kankakee man was charged with firing a gun on an empty bus Monday afternoon outside Midway Airport. David Finch, 33, was charged with reckless discharge of a weapon, criminal damage to government property and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, Chicago police said.
