Man, 26, arrested in Rotterdam after two injured in 'random' stabbing spree

One victim was taken to hospital while the other was treated by paramedics at the scene, the force said. Another stabbing attempt took place around 30 minutes later at the Brug Van Cyrene bridge in the city's northwest, per the police statement.
