Malachi Smith, Raptors Sign Contract

The Toronto Raptors and guard Malachi Smith have signed a contract. The deal is likely a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 training camp contract. That gives Smith and opportunity to compete for a roster spot, while also allowing the Raptors to convert him to a two-way contract. Smith played in 15 games for the Brooklyn Nets last season.
