Uber Eats will now offer customers a selection of the bakery’s most popular products from their local store. Cinnamon buns, freshly baked sourdough bread, croissants, and hand-crafted savoury pastries are all on the menu, alongside its very own house-blend coffee. Now available in some branches, the rapid delivery service will roll out to all remaining stores over the coming weeks. Co-founder and CEO of Gail’s, Tom Molnar, said: “GAIL’s is a modern craft bakery with a mission to feed more people better. “Through our partnership with Uber Eats, we’re making it easier for more people to enjoy the bread, pastries, and specialty coffee we’re known for, wherever they are.” Gail’s currently operates over 175 bakeries across the country, with a large number of branches based in London.
