The UK theme park announced just an hour into its opening that it would be closing, after a Thames Water outage in the area. However, anyone who wants a refund will have to contact the park directly. Many families were left fuming yesterday, with many paying for train tickets and hotels as well. One dad called it “utter shambles” as many were forced to wait outside of the gate, while another said they had spent “hundreds on an overnight stay and fast passes”.
