Mark was planning on departing Walford once and for all following his one night stand with Lauren, who found herself torn between the two men in her life. Unhappy in her marriage and encouraging Peter to be more spontaneous, the car dealer was all set to put an end to things with Mark for good – but when he decided to stay for her, the two opted instead to see each other in secret. Elsewhere, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) was left in tears after brother Darnell Larson Jr agreed to get tested, thanks to his daughter Grace, who talked him around.
