The worried mum then told fans: “As a precaution Remy has been placed back in higher dependency care after struggling with breathing but has had treatment and extra care and looks to be doing really well. “He’s only 34 weeks gestation today so we’re over the moon with his progress and how strong he is. “I am struggling after a Cat 1 C-section and the pain that comes with. It’s certainly not the easy option or faster recovery than a normal birth for me, and my respect for the caesarean mums is huge after this. From spinal to the recovery it’s been rough but our care at Exeter hospital has been phenomenal.” In the run up to giving birth, Gemma revealed she had been rushed to hospital. Credit: Instagram/reallifeofgemrose The mum then gave fans an update yesterday, where she revealed her baby had arrived “before anything became too serious”. “Born on Friday the 14th of August at 3.50pm via emergency C-section by a fantastic care team at Exeter hospital,” she told her followers.
