Joseph Vijay.A Division Bench of Justices C.V. Karthikeyan and R. Sakthivel allowed a batch of public interest litigation (PIL) petitions, which had challenged the Chief Minister Vijay-led government’s decision to grant jobs to the family members of the stampede victims.Earlier, the court had permitted the State government to conduct an event in Karur in July to distribute the appointment orders.The court, however, had said the employment offer would be on a temporary basis, subject to judicial review.
