The city typically continues leaf pickup into early January if needed. To help crews work efficiently, residents should:Rake leaves into long rows, or windrows, rather than piles.Keep leaves out of the street and drainage ditches.Place leaf rows within 10 feet of the road and away from mailboxes, hydrants and utility poles.Remove sticks, branches, grass clippings and other debris from leaf piles.Rake leaves out early, as weather-related delays can occur.Collection scheduleZone 1 (Pink) - North of Route 82 and east of Interstate 271: Oct. 13, Nov. 9, Dec. 7Zone 2 (Orange) - North of Route 82 and west of Interstate 271: Oct. 19, Nov. 16, Dec. 14Zone 3 (Green) - South of Route 82: Oct. 26, Nov. 23, Dec. 21Zone 4 (Blue) - All main roads: Nov. 2, Nov. 30, Dec. 28Residents can call the Macedonia Service Department at 330-468-8330 for more information.
