Luxury Dubai life of Daniel Kinahan’s wife Caoimhe Robinson with property empire details & lavish 5-star hotel wedding

DANIEL Kinahan’s wife has enjoyed a lavish lifestyle in Dubai after relocating to the UAE with her husband – but her life of luxury is in flux now. The alleged mob boss has been separated from wife Caoimhe Robinson and their children as he languishes in a cell in Portlaoise Prison waiting to hear his fate after being charged with directing a criminal organisation. Caoimhe Robinson, Daniel Kinahan’s wife, faces risks if she returns to Ireland Daniel Kinahan is being held in a highly secure cell at Portlaoise Prison If convicted, he faces a sentence of up to life imprisonment, with dishevelled Kinahan telling the Special Criminal Court on Sunday: “I think we know I won’t be getting bail — but thank you so much for explaining that.” The 49-year-old, who faces an all-encompassing charge for allegedly directing a criminal organisation while overseas in the United Arab Emirates, made the statement after his sensational extradition to Ireland over the weekend. Kinahan and his wife Caoimhe have been forced apart since Dubai authorities lifted the Dubliner in April on foot of an arrest warrant issued by Irish courts, with the 49-year-old spending months in the notorious Al-Awir Central Prison before landing in Ireland over the weekend. Kinahan left Ireland for Spain 25 years ago, but relocated to Dubai after the Hutch gang tried to kill him at the Regency Hotel in Dublin in 2016. The pair later tied the knot in a glitzy ceremony in Dubai in 2017. The lavish party was held at the €1,300-a-night five-star Burj Al Arab hotel. According to one source, Caoimhe has stood by Kinahan in the years since the ceremony and was “very committed” to the alleged mobster in the early parts of their relationship. Most read in The Sun She was introduced to Kinahan, who grew up in the Oliver Bond flats in Dublin’s south inner city, after her first husband Mika ‘The Panda’ Kelly was shot dead in September 2011. The source said: “The reality is that she has proved her loyalty by becoming Daniel Kinahan’s wife and also by moving to the UAE to be by his side. “She has also become accustomed to a very wealthy lifestyle and there is nothing for her in Ireland anymore.” Caoimhe has built up a property portfolio worth millions of euro in her own name and has sold millions worth of property in Dubai, despite international sanctions freezing her husband’s assets. And in February 2024, Caoimhe pocketed a million dollars when she sold a four-bed apartment in the upmarket Elite Residences skyscraper overlooking Dubai Marina. She also had a flat in the Al Mesk Tower, controlled a villa in Parkway Vistas – sold in 2022 – and owned a pad in the upscale Emirates Hills, which was flogged in 2023. Caoimhe allegedly sold a mansion that was rented out for €23,000-a-year for €4.9million. It is also understood she sold off a luxury villa with a swimming pool and a terrace overlooking a golf course last May for nearly €11.5million. Caoimhe has not been accused of any wrongdoing and is not subject to US sanctions that penalise anyone who does business with the Kinahans. It has been reported that Caoimhe and her children have remained in Dubai rather than following Kinahan back to Ireland. The source previously told The Irish Sun: “She has a very comfortable lifestyle but it could all come crashing down around her if her husband is arrested. “The feeling is that she will return to Ireland to be by her husband’s side if he is extradited to stand trial.” Caoimhe, who is rarely pictured, was married to Mika ‘The Panda’ Kelly before she started a relationship with Kinahan. And one retired top cop told us she was “extremely loyal” to the gangster, who she met in 2000, before he was shot dead in September 2011 in Dublin after abandoning his overseas bolthole for the birth of his baby son. The retired officer said: “She was very loyal to Kelly and any time he was arrested she would let people know that she would be there for him. “Caoimhe was heartbroken when Kelly was killed but it wasn’t long before she was determined to move on with her life and she was introduced to Kinahan. “She was ready to move on after Kelly’s murder and the only person she has been with since the killing has been Kinahan.” Kinahan, who is being held on the high security A4 landing at Portlaoise Prison, is entitled to phone calls and visits, including from his legal representatives. But Caoimhe, his children, his father and his brother are not known to have made any plans in the near future to return to Ireland for a visit. Kinahan was remanded in custody to appear before the Special Criminal Court on October 5, but he has yet to decide whether he will attend in person or via a video link.
