Lung Transplant for Lung Cancer
This prospective, single-center, registry study compares outcomes among selected patients with medically refractory, lung-limited, stage IV non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who underwent lung transplant, patients with NSCLC who received medical management alone, and patients without cancer who underwent lung transplant for end-stage pulmonary disease.
