LTFRB summons jeepney operator in viral Quezon City counterflow video
MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued a show-cause order (SCO) against the operator of a jeepney caught on video counterflowing along Quezon City. In a statement released Saturday, the LTFRB said it ordered the operator to explain in writing why the vehicle’s franchise should not be suspended or revoked.
