LTFRB acts on incident involving actress Xyriel Manabat
MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has suspended the operation of a transport network vehicle service vehicle and ordered its driver to explain the inappropriate content he posted on social media involving his passenger, actress Xyriel Manabat.
