LOVE Island’s Zac Woodworth has caused concern, after he shared a post from a hospital bed. It comes just days after the All Stars American hunk, 27, revealed he was back in the UK, sparking Millie Court, 30, reunion rumours. Posting the short video on his Instagram Stories, the TV star wrote: “What the heck.” It is unclear if Zac is in hospital in the UK or in his native US. It came when Zac posted a mirror selfie of himself with Millie, along with her Love Island BFF, Chloe Burrows, 30, at the home the two women share. Adding fuel to the reunion rumours fire, Chloe then reposted the pic, which could be a sign she approves of her pal getting back together with the US hunk. Zac and Millie were one of the strongest couple’s on All Stars this year, and were runners’ up in the final. Comment now
