LOVE Island’s Ethan has been dumped following a shock recoupling on tonight’s episode. After the families and friends arrivals in the villa, the islanders were told there would be a recoupling that evening. Last up, Priya had a decision to make between Ethan, who she’s been in a couple with and Aidan, who she’s been getting to know. However, she decided to go with her heart and picked Aidan, meaning Ethan was left single and dumped from the island. He received a round of applause from the rest of the islanders, who praised him for being a gent. Ethan was the last male bombshell for this series when he arrived with Elicia on day 32. He picked Jasmine, Martha and Priya to date during his first appearance on the ITV2 show. But despite his best efforts, Priya revealed that she only had eyes for Aidan. In Sunday night’s episode, viewers saw Ethan reunited with his family members as they commended him on his gentlemanly approach despite being the only single islander. His mum had some choice words for Priya as she wasn’t happy with her for ending things romantically with her son and immediately calling over Aidan and smooching him. He attempted to downplay the situation and assured Priya that it didn’t affect him at the time. Priya held her hands up to apologise how the moment may have looked to Ethan’s mum while she was watching it.
