LOVE Island’s Anton Danyluk has admitted he’s taking fat jabs but is still “forcing food down”. The fitness coach, 32, revealed he’s started taking them to better understand his clients. Right now I’m deliberately eating more, not less. So the timing’s perfect. “Last month, seven people came to me on the jabs & wanting to come off them. “I was writing their plans. Every single one said the same thing. Anton, I physically can’t eat this much food. “So I solved it. Built their plans smaller, denser, easier to get down. Every workaround to get the food in without it feeling impossible. “But here’s the thing about me. I’ve fixed the problem, and I still can’t sit with not knowing exactly how it feels for them.” Anton admitted that he’s taking the jabs himself so he understand what it’s like to be on them before coaching clients who are taking them too. The exact battle my clients fight. “And I’m going to document all of it. Taking it, then coming off it using the exact protocol I run with my clients. Start to finish, the honest version. “So you can see with your own eyes how to protect your muscle and keep the results, whether you’re on the jabs, coming off, or want to lose weight without them at all.” His followers flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts as one said: “This is dedication. Brilliant.” Another person commented: “Fair play, will be interested in the result.” However, one questioned him: “I think the first question I have is considering your physical state, you clearly do not meet the the criteria for being prescribed them. “Second question is, aren’t you concerned that this will just encourage other people to take them without thinking about the negative impact?” Anton shot to fame on Love Island back in 2019 for series five of the hit show.
