Loungefly Reveals D23 2026 Exclusive Toy Story x Cars Collection

The iconic brand has put together one of its most unique Disney collections ever, one that reimagines Toy Story's lead characters as cast members from its fellow Pixar movie, Cars. Loungefly Turns Buzz And Woody Into Cars Loungefly/Disney/Pixar The centerpiece of the new collection is the Toy Car Story Mini Backpack ($90). Its design uses in-house artwork to perfectly blend the worlds of Toy Story and Cars, not only showing Pixar fans what it would look like if Woody were part of Lightning McQueen's pit crew instead of one of Andy's toys, but it also utilizes in-house artwork to incorporate other elements that are unmistakably Toy Story, including the movie's iconic cloud motif. Loungefly/Disney/Pixar Buzz joins Woody in this new range not as a backpack, but via the new Toy Car Story Card Holder ($26). Also given a Cars makeover, the card holder features some of the same in-house artwork as the matching Woody backpack. It makes the Buzz-themed Cars merch the perfect companion accessory to the backpack, although the pair will be available to buy separately. Loungefly/Disney/Pixar If you love Woody and Buzz's unique new Cars designs, but don't necessarily want to rep them via a backpack and a card holder, you can opt for Loungefly's D23 exclusive pins ($24) instead. The enamel pins are replicas of the larger products at the center of the collection, giving you a smaller and cheaper way to carry the Toy Story x Cars crossover characters everywhere you go. Loungefly/Disney/Pixar Ramone Is Invited, Too Loungefly/Disney/Pixar There is one item in the new range coming to D23 with Loungefly that isn't Toy Story-coded. The Cars Ramone Mini Backpack ($90) is all about the Lowrider and is one of the most creative backpacks Loungefly has ever created. Not only is its entire design dedicated to making it look like the character and his garage have been transformed into merch, but it is essentially interactive. Loungefly/Disney/Pixar The Ramone on the backpack that acts as the front pocket can be moved up and down, just like the character in the movie when he uses his hydraulics. It even has an LED wire trim that really lights up to replicate Ramone's neon glow. No, it isn't a Pixar mashup like everything else Loungefly will bring to D23, but it's easy to see why the brand wanted to save this one for a special occasion. Last but not least in Loungefly's exclusive D23 collection is a mystery t-shirt. That's the only part of the collection we can't exclusively reveal today because, well, that would spoil the mystery. D23 attendees will be able to see and buy everything in Loungefly's Toy Story x Cars Pixar crossover collection at the ultimate fan event this August.
