Prosecutors filed the case in a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8, with Peters's arraignment scheduled for October 14. The allegations appear to overlap with claims in a separate civil lawsuit filed against Peters in Florida in April involving Alorah Ziva, whose real name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza.According to CBS 4 Miami, Mendoza, 18, accused Peters in the civil complaint of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct. She alleged that Peters injected her without consent during a 2025 livestream with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance not approved by the FDA, and accused him of nonconsensual sexual encounters at his parents' Cape Cod home while she was intoxicated and still a minor.The Bulwark said it could not obtain additional records in the criminal case but reported that the timeline appeared to correspond with the Florida lawsuit. This interview is over," Peters said before leaving.The visit also prompted disciplinary action against Shira Braun, an IDF soldier in the Spokesperson's Unit who appeared on Peters's livestream.
