(Photo: Mary Joy Salcedo/INQUIRER) MANILA, Philippines — Air Force canine units on Monday inspected the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) building in Pasay City following the reported improvised explosive devices (IEDs) outside the Department of Justice (DOJ) building in Manila and the Senate building in Pasay. Hours later, a suspected IED was discovered outside the Senate amid a routine inspection along Diokno Boulevard.
