Trains between central London and Heathrow are disrupted on Monday morning due to “flooding” between Hayes & Harlington and the airport. Transport for London (TfL) is reporting no service between the west London station and Heathrow terminals and severe delays on the lines to Paddington. National Rail is reporting that a tunnel has been closed for safety reasons, meaning fewer trains are able to run. Heathrow Express is running a reduced service. The operator is reporting flooding between Hayes & Harlington and Paddington. However, London is currently experiencing one of its driest spells on record. Minor delays on Victoria lineWith the exception of minor delays on the Victoria line and the part suspension the Elizabeth line, TfL is operating a good service on all other lines.
