According to The Times, Liverpool have asked Real Madrid about the Brazilian’s availability but they may be set for disappointment with the Spanish giants not up for letting him leave. The 20-year-old’s path to regular Bernabeu minutes has been challenging and with the arrival of Yan Diomande, it is not going to get any easier. Real splashed £120m to land the Ivorian from RB Leipzig after Liverpool had tried to sign the winger themselves. The Reds offered Leipzig a package worth £85.6m earlier in the window but were turned down. There will be even more competition in Real’s star-studded squad with the big-money arrival – leaving Liverpool hopeful to pick up wonderkid Endrick, who spent the best part of last season on loan at Lyon. But there is currently no indication Real are willing to play ball.
