LIST: Flooded Metro Manila roads on Monday (Aug. 17)
MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in Metro Manila were flooded Monday morning, Aug. 17 due to rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
