Zelta Matiem Salon The impeachment court, however, denied the request to subpoena the financial records of Pikimong Pikimong Philippines Corporation and JTC Group of Companies. The court said the companies’ General Information Sheets do not list either Duterte or Carpio as incorporators, directors, officers, or shareholders. The two companies are also not declared on Duterte’s Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth. The court also denied the prosecution’s request to subpoena the couple’s dollar deposit accounts, citing the confidentiality protections under the Foreign Currency Deposit Act.
